What steps are involved in planning a vacation?
First, we will have a brief phone or email conversation where I can get to know a little bit about you and your family, learn what you want from your vacation, and help you determine your budget. Then I will prepare 3-5 quotes for you so that you can compare your options. Once you have chosen a vacation that is right for you, we finalize the details and book your vacation. Simple as that.
Can I change my plans later?
Yes! We can work with you to make any adjustments to your vacation as needed. We also keep an eye on upcoming deals and discounts, and will alert you if you qualify.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for your entire vacation all-at-once through a secure web portal.
What are your fees?
No fees. No charges. We make commission directly from the resort, and in exchange we provide you with sales support and customer service.
